Yup, I've commuted all summer (30mi round trip) and have spent a total of $90 on gas since 6/01/2008 for my little Honda Civic... I've lost 25lbs to boot!! (good riddance)

Yes, Yes, YES!

I have been commuting by bike for decades, probably have more commuting miles on my bikes than my car. With gas prices what they are, environmental consciousness now on the rise, and people looking to stay healthy for a greater part of their lives, the bicycle is now poised for a revolution of simplification.

Commuting to work does so much more than saves you some gas money. Commuting can relieve stress on the way to and from work, helps your emotional state of being, eliminates waste (and waist), and makes you a better person for not abusing the environment. Sounds too good to be true? Am I exaggerating? Only if you never try it.
